Frequently Asked Questions
1. When and how do I pay?
A £40 deposit is required to secure my services; the balance is payable by cash or cheque on the day.

2. Do you confirm in writing?
Yes, you will receive a contract of engagement, which includes the booking details plus terms and conditions. All you need to do is sign a copy and return it in the prepaid envelope along with your deposit.

3. What areas do you cover?
I cover all of Wales and much of England including: Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire. I am prepared to travel up to 150 miles.
My vehicle is serviced regularly and equipped with satellite navigation.

4. Do you charge travel expenses?
No, everything is included in the prices for both entertainment options.

5. In what venues can you play?
My act is particularly suitable for small to medium sized venues catering for up to 250 guests.

6. How long do you need to set up?
In most circumstances. I'll need a minimum of an hour set up. Which means that from arriving at the venue, it will be at least sixty minutes before everything is ready to go. Please bear this in mind when arranging the venue and planning your function.

7. Are you insured?
Yes, I have extensive public liability insurance.

8. Is your equipment safe?
Yes, all my gear is tested in accordance with the Health & Safety Executive, Electricity at Work Act 1989 (PAT - Portable Appliance Test).

9. Can guests get up and sing?
No, I do not offer a karaoke service, and my insurance does not cover other people using my equipment.

10. What kind of music will be played during the disco?
As well as playing all of the popular favourites I can accommodate your own personal requests and those from your guests. If you would like to choose a special theme for the disco, such as a 60's, 70's & 80's night for example, I will play music that is appropriate for that theme. Of course, you are more than welcome to tell me in advance of songs you DON'T want to hear during the disco.

11. What If I Request Music You Do Not Have?
My music library is quite extensive and does include many commonly requested songs, however, if you let me know in advance of any particular songs you require, then I will make every effort in order to obtain them.

12. Can I E-Mail You A Playlist Of Songs?
Yes indeed! It is my goal to give you an evening of bespoke musical entertainment, so your input is warmly welcome. Please keep in touch leading up to the big day with any requests or suggestions you may have regarding the live set and the disco.
